Mental Health Break

I am sorry for my leave of absence from blogging. I have found myself far too close to current political events–unable to get the critical distance needed for calm interaction with family and friends. Thus, I have taken a break for awhile until such calmness returns.

  1. I’m relieved to (hear) you again and totally sympathise with your concerns. I truly hope you have a peaceful time with your family and a fitting Easter. Best wishes.

  2. You’re wise to recognize the need for a break and to have the discipline to take it.

Have a good respite and bring fresh insights when the time is right.

  3. I’m glad you’re resting, Michael. I have to say, though, surely the recent, historic, and genius speech by Sen. Obama has put some spring back in your step? Grace and peace to you as you re-group.

  4. Watching all the racists condemn brother Wright is enough to drive anybody crazy. I think Obama was way to critical of the prophetic voice of Rev Wright.

  6. Michael, it’s good (and necessary) to take a break from the grind sometimes. I hope this break restores your spirits.
